Update About Mina Harker And Description

I just thought I would give you all a quick update about my book Mina Harker: The Curse of the Vampire which is still under the process of editing/proofreading.
What a long process writing can be as it's not just about creating a story but there is a lot of hard work in editing and proofreading afterwards.
I am currently half way through reworking and proofreading my story and when I have finished a good friend in the world of creative writing has kindly offered to give me a second opinion and proofread my book to ensure it's worthy of my readers.

Here is the description for Mina Harker: The Curse of the Vampire:

Mina Harker: The Curse of the Vampire Description

Seven years after the eventful night that Mina was almost turned into a vampire, she is now happily married to Jonathan Harker and has a lovely son called Quincy until her past comes back to haunt her.

Mina’s life is thrown into turmoil as a gypsy sorceress with a hidden agenda casts a spell from the book of the dead to bring Dracula back from his grave.

Mina’s worst nightmares are unleashed as her husband and child are brutally slaughtered and she is reborn with a bloodthirsty appetite and dark vengeance.

Seeking revenge and to be reunited with her loved ones, Mina battles against all odds and survives into the twenty first century, until a handsome stranger arrives to document Mina’s life who is not quite what he seems…

Mina Harker: The Curse of the Vampire is a compelling sequel to Dracula, which also acts as a standalone story. Bringing back the old characters and adding new ones to create an emotional, action packed modernised fantasy from Mina’s perspective with an added twist at the end.
In the meantime I also have another pet project underway in transforming the 250 poems I have written in the past into a lovely full length poetry e-book called 'Poetry For All Occasions' so please look out for that also.

My angel and demon book Heavens Curse is coming along nicely and I will be sure to post a couple of chapters in due course.

Also if anyone would like to assist me in the cover design or has any artwork they feel would fit with any of the books mentioned above please do not hesitate to contact me as I would be happy to use your design and give you credit for it inside the book to help get your name out there too.

Thanks for reading and I'll update you again shortly.

Louise Lake.
